Since 2003 Euridea has been training training educators for old people (known in some countries as "activitiy coordinators" working in facilities for old people"). These professionals work in residential or daily facilities for old people organizing activities that, based on the needs of the assisted person, contribute to improve their quality of life, making it more interrsting and also allowing the recovery of phsyical and mental abilities.
Some of these projects were funded with ESF resources by the Provinces of Firenze and Prato..
