Project Formis, designed by Euridea and implemented by Ceforcoop in partnership with Euridea, aimed at training managers and middle managers of social enterprises in order to help them adapt to changes that the sector of social care in Tuscany was undergoing at the time.
Especially important were the cuts in public spending in the sector and the emergence of a aprivate demand that social entrprises were unable to meet.
Funded in the framework of the UE Adapt program, project Formis included also a transnational component which was carried out in partnership with Malardalen University (Sweden), BFW Lubeck (Germany), CEIS Rome (Italy), Gemeinnutzige Gesellschaft fur berufliche Frauenforderung GbF mbH (Germany)
