The project, funded by the Province of Florence with Esf resources, took place in the Florentine mountain area. Its main objectives were similar to those of the previous project "Cultour": improve the offer of rural tourism services in the area making use of cultural, historical, envirnmental resources locally available.
The ultimate goal was to increase the production of tourism services in the area, according to a sustainable toruism model.
With respect to Cultour, the main innovation introduced in the curriculum was the inclusion of lectures about wine tasting and traditional cuisine, with practical exercises and demonstrations.
